For the golfers among you there are many Golf courses in the area for you enjoy, including the Champions gate course designed by Greg Norman.

The house is beautifully finished throughout and enjoys a large private pool with patio and space for lounge chairs, outdoor dining area under covered lanai, fully fitted kitchen and separate indoor dining space, 4 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen both en suite and 2 x twin rooms sharing a third bathroom), free cable TV and free WIFI throughout the villa.

The living room/ family room -offers a spacious open design with vaulted ceilings and a door leading into the screen enclosed pool/patio area. (This door is equipped with a child safety alarm.)
The living room has a ceiling fan, a large TV with cable and on demand TV, a PlayStation with a selection of games, a DVD player with choice of family DVDs, and misc. board games and books.

The dining area is just off the living room and the breakfast nook just off the kitchen. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with all the housewares, dishes, pots and pans, glasses and all major appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker and a dishwasher).

The laundry room is just off the kitchen with a large washing machine, and dryer, an ironing board and iron.

Master Bedroom – sleeps 2 with a king bed, TV, dresser, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, phone, ceiling fan and alarm clock/ radio.
The ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, large bathtub and dual vanity sinks. There is a separate toilet. We provide a hair dryer and straighteners. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases.

Bedroom 3 – offers 2 twin beds, chest of drawers and large closet with plenty of storage for clothes. Bedroom 4 – offers 2 twin beds, chest of drawers and large closet with plenty of storage space for clothes. Shared Bathroom – Bathroom with Bath, Overhead Shower, Sink and Toilet. The shared bathroom is shared by both twin bedrooms (3 and 4).
A pack-and play and highchair are provided free of charge.
