Within minutes from Sandy Ridge there are restaurants and grocery stores at ChampionsGate, along with several top-rated golf courses at Providence, Reunion, Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Disney and more.

The accommodations include:
Living Area – New flat screen 65″ smart tv, allows you to watch regular channels or link up your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu etc.
The dining table is set for six guests.
Kitchen – has nook table and chairs with seating for four and also two chairs at the breakfast bar.
Bedroom one – master with king bed and master en suite bathroom.
Bedroom two – queen bed with en suite bathroom
Bedroom three – two twin beds
Bedroom four – two twin beds
There is a sofa bed in the fifth bedroom, which is set up as a separate sitting area with tv.
All bedrooms have new streaming TV’s.
The game room includes a pool table and a foosball table.
The twin bedrooms share a bathroom which has a door leading out onto the deck.
The doors to the pool deck are alarmed with a safety alarm for peace of mind should a child be able to open the door unsupervised.
The pool has a fantastic view of the lake, just made for evenings relaxing on the deck. (The pool was resurfaced in 2020.)
The large pool deck area ensures plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

Barbara Boyd

I grew up in Germany and moved to Florida in 1982. I lived and raised my three boys in the Orlando area for the past 37 years and consider myself a “semi native Orlandian”. In 1989 I bought my first vacation home in the Disney/Orlando area and have rented vacation homes ever since. Over the years I have met many owners and property managers, who also rent vacation homes. Prior to recommending any homes to my guest I always pre-screen the vacation homes to make sure the owners/property managers are dedicated to provide excellent customer service and provide clean and well maintained vacation homes. Being a small family business I enjoy the personal interactions with my guest – so please pick up the phone and call me with any questions or concerns you might have.
