When you enter our property, you’ll find the very well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook to your left. The kitchen has a large stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer combination, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
There is a formal dining table with seating for 8 people, a living room with comfortable sofas, a separate armchair and a large wall mounted flatscreen TV. You can access the pool deck from the living room.
This home has four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is the master with a King bed and a flatscreen TV and has access to the patio. En suite you’ll find a bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and en suite bathroom with single vanity, toilet and in tub shower.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with Star Wars bedding and a TV,
Bedroom 4 also has two twin beds and a TV. These bedrooms share a bathroom with single vanity, toilet and in tub shower in the hallway, there’s also a door which gives access to the pool deck.
On the pool deck you’ll find a covered lanai with seating and 2 lounge chairs, a spa and a beautiful pool. The garage was converted into a game room with a pool table with slate and a ping pong table.
A full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use free of charge.
