Universal, SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center can be reached in approx. 25 minutes.
The house has a very comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV and plenty of seating. The sliding doors in the living room offer access to the pool deck and a scenic view over the water with the wooded conservation beyond the lake.
The south facing pool and hot tub is fully screen enclosed and the covered lanai is set up with plenty of outdoor furniture as well as 4 lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and pantry, and a separate dining area.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The garage was converted into a game room and is accessible through the laundry room. It comes equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and an Air hockey table.
This home offers 5 Bedrooms – each bedroom has a flatscreen TV with Roku TV.
1 Master Suite with a King size bed and access to pool deck, ensuite bathroom with separate toilet, shower, bathtub and double vanity.
Bedroom 2 has one King bed. The bathroom is located in the hallway next to the King room and has easy access to the pool deck.
Bedroom 3 has one Queen bed.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 have two twin beds each and share a bathroom in the hallway. This bathroom has a tub with a shower, toilet and vanity.
This home was newly redecorated/updated in 2021 and new flooring was also installed throughout the house and in the games room.
