Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer including an ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal. Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A perfect place to eat together as a family.

Pool Area
Have a dip in the child safety screened, optionally heated pool/spa or read your favorite book or listen to hear music on the deck around the pool. This west-facing pool offers plenty of sunlight. The pool area is furnished with pool chairs and lounge chairs for soaking up some Florida sun while on vacation at our home.

The third, fourth and fifth bedroom share a family bathroom that is centrally located.

Laundry Facilities
Our home has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, a dryer and ironing facilities. In addition, we also provide a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.
