Living Room
Feel the magic and power of a relaxing vacation in this private and spacious Orlando area vacation home. This spacious open plan room is yours to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by leather sofas and a love seat, plus an entertainment center with large 65″ Smart TV. This is an ideal space to relax when you are not busy at the Orlando attractions or outside enjoying the warm and sunny Orlando, Florida weather by the spacious pool area.

Formal Dining Area
There are plenty of great restaurants and family diners just minutes from this spacious home, but why spend all that time and money when you can dine in elegance here at your home-away-from-home? Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this formal dining room offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room.

Kitchen and Nook
Sit and chat with the rest of the family at the breakfast bar while the family chef prepare food for all. Keep in touch with the whole family while on vacation at this fabulous family home away from home. The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack or prepare a family feast while on vacation. Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
A nook area is located centrally at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool at the rear of your home. Enjoy your first meal of the day at the beautiful breakfast nook that’s located next to the kitchen and forms an integral part of the main living space.

Master Bedroom 1 (With en-suite)
This large master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, and mirrored dresser with a 50″ flat-screen TV, plus a private bathroom suite. Mom and Dad will be glad they have this private space. After a full day at the theme parks, you can come back and relax in this spacious bedroom suite and “recharge your batteries” – ready for whatever tomorrow may bring.
The spacious private bathroom suite features ceramic tiled floors, a mirrored vanity unit with his ‘n’ her basins, a corner, Roman-style soaking tub, a walk-in shower and a private toilet.

There is a bathroom located off of this bedroom (not en-suite) and comes equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a step-in shower and a toilet.

Master Bedroom 3 (With en-suite)
This master bedroom located on the second floor offers a queen-size bed, nightstands with table lamps, plus a dresser with a 40″ flat-screen TV and ample closet space. Enjoy a great night’s sleep and wake up – ready for the adventures and fun with your family at the nearby Orlando area theme parks.
This bedroom has an attached/en-suite bathroom with ceramic tiled floors, a mirrored vanity, a bath tub and a toilet.

Bedroom 4 – Princess Themed
This bedroom is located on the second floor and is decorated in a pretty Princess theme appreciated by girls of any age. This bedroom can sleep two. It offers a nightstand, a chest of drawers, plus closet space and a 40″ flat-screen TV.

Bedroom 5 – Marvel Themed
This bedroom is located on the second floor and has two twin beds and a 40″ flat-screen TV. This bright bedroom offers a nightstand with lamp and closet space. It shares a family bathroom with on the same floor. Why share a cramped hotel room with the kid on your next vacation? Given them their own space and privacy (and your’ s too!) and let them enjoy their own TV shows before they go to sleep.

Family Bathroom
The two kids’ bedrooms located on the second floor share a family bathroom that is centrally located. This spacious bathroom includes a mirrored vanity unit with basin, ceramic tiled floors, a toilet and a bath-tub.

Pool and Spa Area
This vacation home has a private pool and spa with a child safety fence and is fully screen enclosed. Sit together and enjoy a family al-fresco meal on the deck. Or soak in the sun and take a dip in the pool that will bring your family happy memories for years to come.
With the optional pool/spa heating you can be assured that the pool is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a pool chair or lounger.

Game Room
If the kids don’t get tiered with all the theme parks and the private pool, they can head to the fun games-room offered by this home. The game room of this home features a large TV and a ping-pong table.

Laundry Facilities
Our home has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, a dryer and ironing facilities. In addition, we also provide a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied.
