Why spend your money in the theme parks every day when you already have access to this fantastic game-room at no extra cost while on vacation? Enter the Hollywood themed games room and you will be ‘wowed’ with all the toys we have for adults and kids. Our games-room is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests. So, while adults are playing a game of pool on our full-sized slate pool table, kids can enjoy a game of air-hockey or foosball, yet others can simply watch a good movie on the 50″ wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The game-room is nicely decorated with an assortment of Hollywood decor from generations.

South-Facing Pool/Spa and Lanai
Step out of the family room, onto the sun-drenched south-facing pool deck, and relax on the cushioned pool furniture as you soak in the Florida’s golden sunrays. The extended pool deck surrounds the raised spa that cascades a waterfall in to the main, sparkling pool, where you can cool off and have some family fun together. The large 14’x30′ pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
This vacation home offers a unique color changing pool and spa that sets this home above the rest! If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

Family Room/Great Room
Our villa has a vaulted-ceiling family room for the whole family to relax in together, with sumptuous seating, occasional tables, lamps, a large 55″ 4K-UHD ROKU TV, DVD player, and a surround sound system. Enjoy the space and comfort offered in this fabulous family room when you’re on vacation. Don’t stay in a cramped hotel room when you can enjoy all this space and comfort for a fraction of the cost.

Living Room
If you don’t want to hang-out with the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time out to read a book in our separate lounge area with sofa and love seat. Located to the front of the villa, this area is adjacent to the formal dining.

Formal Dining
The formal dining room is luxuriously furnished with a spacious dining table and eight chairs with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served. This is an ideal spot for the family to gather around and make many memories that last for years to come.

Kitchen/Nook
The large open plan kitchen layout includes a full-size range/oven, a waste disposal, a refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that’s needed is the food and drink!!
The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for four with additional seating on bar stools for four more at the breakfast bar. Go ahead, prepare a simple snack, a great tasting steak on a gas-fired grill or a Thanksgiving or Christmas feast and savor the taste in the breakfast nook, or in the formal dining area. With just a few meals prepared and served at home, your family will surely enjoy a healthy meal or two and the adults will surely appreciate the savings.

Bedroom #1: King master suite
Sleeping at our home continues the trend of spoiling our guests! The first-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 50″ 4K-UHD ROKU TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, armoire, dresser, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, tub, step-in shower, plus a private toilet.

Bedroom #2: King master suite
The second-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 50″ 4K-UHD ROKU TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, telephone, dresser, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub.

Bedroom #3: Two twin bunk beds – Cars and Racing
This themed bedroom will surely excite boys of any age which is a perfect “sleep-station” with 2 twin bunk beds, a 24″ wall-mounted LED TV with built-in DVD player, nightstand, cars lamp, chest and closet space. This bedroom can access the “Cars” themed full-size bathroom.

Bedroom #4: Two twins – African Safari
This “African Safari” themed bedroom features two twin sized beds, two nightstands with lamps, built-in closet, a chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Additional features include a 50″ 4K-UHD ROKU TV, with DVD player. This bedroom can access the “Cars” themed full-size bathroom.

Bedroom #5:Two twins – Princess room
The “Princess Castle” offers two comfortable twin beds, nightstand, 32″ LED TV and DVD player with its own closet space. This bedroom s conveniently located next to the “Paris” themed full-size bathroom.

Bedroom #6: Queen master (Paris themed)
The third master bedroom with Paris theme and offers a queen-size bed, nightstands, 32″ LED TV, DVD player, closet space and is adjacent to the Paris themed bathroom.

Bedroom #7: King master
This stylish modern bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and two nightstands. This room also features 28″ LED Cable TV with DVD, and a ceiling fan. This bedroom can access the “Cars” themed full-size bathroom.

Powder Room/Half Bath
There is a half bath/powder room on first floor between the family room and game-room.

Laundry Facilities
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with a washer, a dryer and a iron and ironing board. In addition, a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket are also provided in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.
