This vacation home offers luxurious accommodation with 7 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms together with a fully air-conditioned theater/games room. Fully furnished with a complete kitchen and also laundry facilities and the multiple living spaces to make a family gathering more enjoyable. Our vacation home is designed and furnished to the highest standards to offer an amazing vacation experience to Orlando Florida vacationers visiting Disney World, Sea World or many of the other attractions of Orlando area.

Game Room / Theater

With 100″ professional home theater with Bose surround sound system, Blue-ray player and stadium-style seating this theater room is the central attraction of your Orlando vacation.
Our games-room is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests. Whether you want to enjoy a game of pool on our full-sized slate pool table or simply relax in the professional theater watching a movie on the professional theater screen, this luxury vacation home has it all for you. The game-room is professionally decorated to give you a real sense of being in a theater.

Pool Area
Have a dip in the child safety screened, south-facing, optionally heated pool, or refresh all those tired muscles in your private (optionally heated) spa. Then just relax and read your favorite book on the extended deck around the pool. The pool area is furnished with pool chairs and loungers to soak in the Florida sunshine.

Living Room
Located to the front of the vacation home, the living room serves as a gathering spot for your family. Sit back and relax in the main living area that has been tastefully decorated and furnished high-quality furnishings. The room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, coffee table, and intimate lighting. This is the perfect spot to sit-down as a family and plan your day or recap the entire day in the evening.

Formal Dining
Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining offering a spacious dining space for all those exotic dinners. This area also overlooks the kitchen area through the architectural arches of this luxury vacation home. There are plenty of restaurants just minutes away but if you choose to make your own feast or decide to get a carry-out, you can huddle around the food right in this room.

Family Room
The family room is centrally located next to the kitchen/nook area providing access to private pool on one side and master bedroom on the other end. This room has comfortable furniture, large 55″ wall mounted SMART TV with a surround sound system.

Kitchen and Nook
Fully equipped with an oven/range, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer including an ice maker, double sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together as a family.

Bedroom #1: King master suite
Luxuriously decorated, this spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with windows over-looking the south-facing pool area. This bedroom has a 46″ LED TV and DVD player, lamps, clock/radio, dresser and mirror, and a huge walk-in closet. The first-floor master bathroom is an en-suite to the king master bedroom and offers a Jacuzzi tub, shower, a spacious sink area, and toilet.

Bedroom #2: King master suite
The second-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 32″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio, dresser and mirror, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub.

Bedroom #3: Two twins – Princess room
This Princess themed bedroom will surely excite girls of any age which is perfect for two young girls! This room also offers a 27″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstand and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

Bedroom #4: King master
This modern and stylish bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space with a dresser and mirror. This room also features 32″ LED Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan and alarm clock radio.

Bedroom #5: Two twins – Boys room
This kids bedroom with “Cars” theme will surely excite kids of any age! It sleeps two guests in twin beds and is complemented by 27″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstand and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

Bedroom #6: Two twin bunk beds – Neutral room
This bedroom with neutral themed decor is ideal for kids of any age. With uncompromising decor, this bedroom offers 27″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstand and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

Bedroom #7: Queen master
The third master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, nightstands, 32″ LED TV, DVD player, closet space and is adjacent to the family bathroom.

Family Bathrooms 1 and 2
The third, fourth and seventh bedrooms share a family bathroom that is conveniently located on the same level. The fifth and sixth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is conveniently located on the same level.

Powder Room / Half Bath
There is a half bath/powder room on first floor.

Laundry Facilities
Our home has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We also provide a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.
