This wonderful resort town home is located in the Encantada Resort in Kissimmee, which is just around the corner of the world-famous US 192 with lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment and just a few minutes from Walt Disney World. Several Golf courses are also within easy drive from this community (Highlands Estate, Providence, Disney, Champions Gate – just to name a few.)
The house is equipped with a spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a standard size washer and dryer. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and also a shower, toilet and vanity. The living room has a sleeping sofa. There’s a 3rd toilet room next to the kitchen.
In the screen enclosed patio, a private hot tub is awaiting you to relax after a day in the parks. You can adjust the setting to a maximum of 103 F and there are no additional fees to use it. 2 lounge chairs and a patio set make it all complete!
