On the main level of this townhouse you will find the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the laundry area, the dining area with seating for 8 and the living room with access to the screen enclosed patio area. That area also has a free standing hot tub and patio furniture. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.

The main bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom upstairs is between the twin and queen bedrooms, with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Outside, on the patio, there are two comfy loungers, a nice patio/dining set, and a relaxing hot tub. You can use and heat the hot tub during your stay free of charge. The patio has a peaceful view of nature and is private, making it a calm retreat.

The townhouse is in a central location in Kissimmee, making it easy to get to Disney, just 4.5 miles away. Nearby, you’ll find the famous US192, known for lots of restaurants, shopping, and fun attractions.

The guard gated Encantada resort offers resort swimming pools, an in-ground spa, a quick snack counter, a fully equipped gym, a scenic walking trail, and a pretty resort lake.
