This beautiful home has a modern living room with access to the screen enclosed pool and spa. The backyard overlooks a large conservation area for privacy and scenery. The dining area is located in the front of the house and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay even more enjoyable.
This home provides 5 modern styled bedrooms and 4.5 luxury bathrooms that provides you the space you’re looking for. The downstairs master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower as well as a double vanity and a toilet. The bathroom has access to the pool deck.
On the second floor you’ll find one bedroom with two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser and closet as well as a TV. The bathroom (with in tub shower) is located in the hallway. The second master bedroom also has a King bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower as well as a double vanity and toilet. The other two bedrooms both have a queen bed, nightstands, dresser and closet and have a Jack and Jill bathroom within tub shower, toilet and a single sink vanity. On this floor you’ll also find a second seating area with a large flatscreen TV, Playstation and basketball game.
Additional amenities within the home include a game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey table.
Bed configuration: 2x King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Sofa bed. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

With a one-time fee per house/per reservation (as of Sep. 1, 2023, the current rates are $35.00 for a party from 1 – 12 and $45.00 for a party of 13 and up; HOA Fees are subject to change) you will gain access to the Solterra World-Class Resort Amenities:
