Conveniently located at the end of the living room, the formal dining area seats eight in comfort.

Kitchen and Nook
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and all the utensils and pots and pans you would need to make a meal.
This nook table seats up to 4 and is centrally located by the kitchen with a nice view to the pool and grand family room.

Master Bedroom 1
This spacious master bedroom suite is located on the main floor and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

Master Bedroom 2
A second master suite is located on the second floor and offers a king bed nightstand with lamps, dresser, TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

This themed bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed. The room has a flat screen TV, chest of drawers and two nightstands. This bedroom has its own closet space as well.

Bedrooms three and four share a family bathroom that are conveniently located on the same level.

This kid’s themed bedroom is located on the second floor and has two twin beds. The room has a TV as well. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Bedrooms five and six share a family bathrooms that are conveniently located on the same level.

The loft area upstairs has a sleeper sofa and provides additional seating for relaxation and family time.

Laundry Facilities
Our home has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, a dryer and ironing facilities. In addition, we do provide a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket in this area.

Game-room
The garage was converted into a game-room with a pool table, air-hockey table and a basketball game.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.

Pool Area
The private pool of this home faces south-west and has a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool/spa heating, you can have the pool heated during colder months.
