Our spacious 4-bedroom vacation home is located in the guard gated resort community of Emerald Island in west Kissimmee, which is within 3 miles from Disney’s Maingate. Universal and SeaWorld are approx. 20 – 25 min. driving time from this home.
Amenities within the resort community includes a clubhouse with a fitness center, arcade, cyber cafe, pool, hot tub, tiki bar, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, two playground, sand volleyball, walking trails, and a BBQ-pavilion.
The entrance of this vacation home leads directly to a quiet living room with comfy sofas, a great place to sit and relax with a good book after a busy day at the theme parks. Next comes the formal dining area with a table and seating for 6 guests, this is also a perfect setting for playing board games in the evening. The kitchen is at the heart of the home and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might require, with the breakfast bar being a perfect spot to enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. An additional dinette area with 4 chairs is located next to the kitchen. At the rear of this home is the family room, which is filled with lots of natural light. It contains comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV and has doors leading to the south-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Both master bedrooms suites have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. TVs are provided in both bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms with two twin beds each, separated by the family bathroom, each bedroom is provided with its own TV as well.
The game room has a pool table, air hockey and foosball table, fun for all the family!
The pool deck is south facing to catch those Florida rays! The pool has easy access with handrails and there is also a spa.
