Living area of this vacation home offers two large sofas and love seat, a coffee table, intimate lighting and an entertainment center with a 55″ SMART TV and a DVD player. This is an ideal space to kick-off the planning activities in the morning with a cup of coffee or relax after a busy day at the theme parks.

Formal Dining Area
Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this area offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room.

Kitchen and Nook
Fully equipped with a stove/range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer including an ice maker, twin sinks, a dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
Centrally located at the end of the kitchen bar with a view of the pool/spa area. A good place to eat together as a family.

Game Room
The garage was converted into a fun games room with a pool table, foosball and a basketball game.

Pool Area
This vacation home has a private pool/spa with a child safety fence and is fully screened. In the cooler month optional pool/spa heating is available for an additional fee. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool area and relax in a pool or lounge chair.

Master Suite One
This bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite and offers a 32″ flat-screen SMART TV and a walk-in closet. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Master Suite Two
This bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite and also has a 32″ flat-screen SMART TV and a walk-in closet. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Bedroom Three
This bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. There is also a 32″ flat-screen SMART TV for the entertainment of kids.

Bedroom Four
This bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. There is also a 32″ flat-screen SMART TV for the entertainment of kids.

Family Bathroom
The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is centrally located for bedrooms 3 and 4.

Laundry Room
Our home has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. In addition, we do provide a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a Pack ‘n Play and a highchair provided free of charge.
