Living Room
Feel comfortable and relaxed in the main living area which has been tastefully furnished. The room has two large sofa and love seat, coffee table, intimate lighting and entertainment center with flat-screen TV, DVD, CD player. The sofa in this room also converts into a bed for additional sleeping accommodation.

Formal Dining Area
Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this room offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room. This is an ideal spot to gather around with the rest of your family over a home-cooked meal to discuss the day’s activities and bond with each other.

Kitchen and Nook
Fully equipped with a stove/range, microwave, a refrigerator/freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, a dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a home-cooked meal.

Third Bedroom
This bedroom has two twin beds and closet space and is ideal for kids of any age. The room has a flat-screen TV as well.

Fourth Bedroom
This bedroom has two twin beds and closet space and is a perfect choice for two kids.

Family Bathroom
The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is centrally located.

Laundry Facilities
Our home is equipped with a full-size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. In addition, we do supply a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket.

Miscellaneous
A Gas Grill is provided free of charge. In addition, all linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet paper are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.

Game Room
If you want fun, enjoy the garage that has been converted into a game-room with ping-pong table and a TV with a game console.

Pool/Spa Area
This vacation rental has a private south-facing pool/spa with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool heating you can be assured that the pool is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a patio chair or lounge chair. This home has the pool facing south side, meaning there is plenty of sun in the pool area for the entire day. The water feature, as you can see, is in the corner of the lanai area and at the end of the pool.
