Living Room

Formal Dining Area
Dinner time is often the time to discuss the day’s activities and really bond with your family. Dining in the privacy of your own vacation home will allow you that quality time without the noise and interruptions that a restaurant can cause. Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this room offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room.

Kitchen and Nook
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack or to prepare a family feast. It is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool at the rear of your home is the nook table that seats up to 4. It’s a great place to take a leisurely start to your day with breakfast or a nice cup of coffee. A good place to eat together as a family while watching the kids play in the pool area.

Master Bedroom 1 (With en-suite)
This spacious master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, 40″ flat-screen TV, DVD player, walk-in closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom like every other bedroom in this villa comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

Bedroom 2
Why squeeze all your family into a couple of noisy hotel rooms? The kids can have their own space (and – more importantly – so can Mom and Dad) when you book a vacation home like this one for a fraction of the cost! Imagine your kids in this bedroom having fun! This bedroom is located on the second floor and is decorated in a theme appreciated by girls of any age. This bedroom will delight the little girls in your life and sleep two comfortably! The bright decor will put a smile on their face and yours! With double twin beds, dresser with a 32″ flat-screen TV and DVD player, nightstand with lamp and plenty of closet space this room will give the girls everything they need to feel right at home during this Orlando vacation.

Master Bedroom 4 (With en-suite)
This bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen size bed and an en-suite. The room has a 32″ flat-screen TV and a DVD player as well. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. This master bedroom includes everything that Mom and Dad could need to ”recharge their batteries” – ready for tomorrow’s adventure with the kids! The en suite bathroom offers a mirrored vanity unit with basin, tiled floors, toilet and shower/tub combination.

Master Bedroom 5
This bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen size bed as well as access to a family/private bath. The room has a 32″ flat-screen TV and DVD player as well. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. The family/private bathroom offers mirrored vanity unit, ceramic tiled floors, a toilet and walk in shower.

Family Bathroom – Second floor
The second and third bedrooms located on the second floor share a family bathroom that is centrally located. This family bathroom is shared upstairs and is equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bath-tub with step-in shower and a toilet.

Pool Area
If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a pool chair or lounger. This vacation rental has a private south-facing pool with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool heating you can be assured that the pool is warm even in colder months. This villa has the pool facing south side, meaning there is plenty of sun in the pool area for the entire day. When you are on vacation in this villa, be sure to enjoy breakfast by the pool, or an evening meal here under the lanai as you watch the Florida night skies change colors. This private enclosed pool area is a great spot for your family to enjoy and make many special memories to last a lifetime during your Florida vacation.

Laundry Facilities
Our home has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. In addition, we include a laundry basket, a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.

Game Room
This home has a game room in the converted garage with a pool table and wall-mounted large flat-screen TV and Blue-ray player.
