SeaWorld, the Orlando Orange County Convention Center and Universal are approx. 20 – 25 min. from this home.

Amenities within the Resort include a Clubhouse with a fitness center, arcade, cyber cafe, pool, hot tub, tiki bar, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, sauna, nature trails, BBQ facilities and sand volleyball.

This luxurious resort home offers 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully air-conditioned games rooms and a private south facing pool and spa. Living Room
Walk right into the spacious living room and you feel ‘at home’ with comfortable furniture including a large sofa and love seat, large 47″ and a DVD player. This is a perfect spot for watching a ball game or quietly read a book.

Formal Dining Area
The space adjacent to the living room offers a cozy formal/informal dining area with seating for four. This area also overlooks the kitchen area through the architectural arches of this luxury vacation home.

Family Room
Directly across from the large kitchen is the spacious two-story family room with leather sofa, love seat and chair. This room also has a clear view of the pool area.

Kitchen and Nook
Fully equipped with oven, range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
A large dining table has been set in the nook area to be centrally located close to the family room with a view to the pool area at the rear of the home.

First Floor King Master Suite
Decorated in a spicy red theme, this spacious bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with windows over-looking the south-facing pool area. This bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Please note that the walk-in closet of this bed room is marked private and this bedroom offers a huge closet.
The first floor master bathroom is an en-suite to the king master bedroom and offers a Jacuzzi tub, shower, spacious sink area and toilet.

Second Master Suite
The second-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 32″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser and mirror, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub.

Third Bedroom
The third master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, nightstands, 32″ LED TV, DVD player, closet space and is adjacent to the family bathroom.

Fourth Bedroom
This cottage style bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space with a dresser and mirror. This room also features 32″ LED Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan and alarm clock radio.

Fifth Bedroom
This bedroom with neutral themed decor is ideal for older kids or grandparents. With uncompromising decor this bedroom offers 27″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstand and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

Sixth Bedroom
This Mickey Mouse themed bedroom will surely excite kids of any age! This room also offers a 27″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstand, and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

Seventh Bedroom
This Mickey Mouse and cars themed bedroom will surely excite boys of any age which is a perfect for two young kids or young at heart! This room also offers a 27″ LED TV, DVD player, nightstand, and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

Family Bathrooms 1 and 2
The third, fourth and seventh bedrooms share a family bathroom that is conveniently located on the same level. The fifth and sixth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is conveniently located on the same level.

Powder Room/Half Bath
There is a half bath/powder room on first floor.

Laundry Room
Our home has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. In addition, we include a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.

Game Room
If you want fun, enjoy our separate games room with a pool table, foosball (table football) and many games. We have found in our own family that the young and old have spent many hours in the games room. These should keep the children (and young-at-heart adults!) entertained whilst at home!

Pool Area
Have a dip in the child safety screened, south-facing, optionally heated pool, or refresh all those tired muscles in your private heated spa. Then just relax and read your favorite book on the extended deck around the pool. The pool area is furnished with pool chairs and lounge chairs for soaking some Florida sun while on vacation at our home.
