This home offers a private theater and entertainment room that is fully air-conditioned. This theater room features a 110″ theater screen with a SMART Projector so that you can watch your favorite shows and movies using the built-in applications such as Netflix with your account. The leather seating complements well to elevate your movie experience. There is also a slate-bed pool table and a table football game (foosball) for your entertainment.

Conveniently located at the end of the living room, this room offers seating for eight.

The upscale all-granite kitchen is equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack or to prepare a family feast. It is equipped with oven, range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, Ninja blender, slow cooker, toaster, coffeemaker and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
The large granite nook area seats up to 6 adjacent to the kitchen and is a great place to leisurely start to your day with breakfast or a nice cup of coffee. This area is centrally located at the end of the full-size kitchen with a view over the pool at the rear of this spacious vacation home. It’s a good place to grab a bite or sip your beverage while watching the kids splash in the pool.

Master Bedroom 1 (En-Suite)
This spacious master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a 48″ flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

Master Bedroom 2 (En-Suite)
A second master suite is located on the second floor and offers a king bed, walk-in closet, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, a 50″ ROKU-SMART TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed, chest of drawers, a 50″ ROKU-SMART TV, nightstand with lamp and plenty of closet space this room will give a couple everything they need to feel right at home during their Orlando vacation.

Jack ‘n Jill Bathroom for Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4
Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a family-style Jack ‘n Jill bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bathtub with step-in shower and a toilet.

Bedroom 4 (Dory Themed)
This kid’s bedroom is located on the second-floor sleeps three; two on a twin-twin bunk bed and one on a twin bed. The room has a 50″ ROKU-SMART TV and DVD player. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Master Bedroom 5 (En-Suite)
This bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed and en-suite. The bedroom has a 50″ ROKU-SMART TV as well. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. The en-suite bath bathroom offers mirrored vanity unit, ceramic tiled floors, a toilet and walk in shower.

Bedroom 6
This bedroom is located on the second floor and has two twin beds. The room has a 50″ ROKU-SMART TV, chest of drawers and two nightstands. This bedroom has its own closet space as well.

Jack ‘n Jill Bathroom for Bedroom 6 and Bedroom 7
Bedrooms #6 and #7 located on the second floor share a Jack ‘n Jill bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bathtub with step-in shower and a toilet.

Bedroom 7 (Cars Themed)
This kid’s bedroom is located on the second floor sleeps three; two on a twin-twin bunk bed and one on a twin bed. The room has a 50″ ROKU-SMART TV and DVD player. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Powder Room
There is a powder room/half-bath downstairs.

Laundry Facilities
Our home has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We also include a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in this laundry room.

Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a highchair, these are all provided free of charge.

Pool Area
This vacation homel has a private pool with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool and spa heating you can be assured that the pool is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a pool or lounge chair. When you are on vacation in this home, be sure to enjoy breakfast by the pool, or an evening meal here under the lanai as you watch the Florida night skies change colors.
