I grew up in Germany and moved to Florida in 1982. I lived and raised my three boys in the Orlando area for the past 37 years and consider myself a “semi native Orlandian”. In 1989 I bought my first vacation home in the Disney/Orlando area and have rented vacation homes ever since. Over the years I have met many owners and property managers, who also rent vacation homes. Prior to recommending any homes to my guest I always pre-screen the vacation homes to make sure the owners/property managers are dedicated to provide excellent customer service and provide clean and well maintained vacation homes.
